To qualify for the warranty, you must have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy. If you choose NOT to do this, this contract is VOID. Warranty does not cover nor will I be responsible for any charges other than the price paid for the puppy. Seller will take every effort to guarantee that every puppy from BuyPoodles is in good health at the time of adoption. We will not ship a puppy until Seller is certain that the puppy is ready for the trip to your home and has passed a veterinary health inspection and is free from any illness (at least 8 weeks of age). Seller will send health certificate,Rabies certificate (if given), vaccination record and AKC or CKC registration papers along with the puppy on the air flight. Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available, we require that all Buypoodles dogs be kept on Daily Care Canine Tabs or Canine Plus or Nuvet vitamins. This supplement is only available through breeder or factory (See front page website). You will be given a sample and brochure with your puppy and you are expected to continue the vitamins for the health of your puppy. This health guarantee will be considered null and void if you do not keep your pet on this supplement. These vitamins have a powerful antioxidant that gives a tremendous boost to the immune system. This supplement is important for immune system, bones, strength & cartilage development of puppy. Seller warrants the health of the puppy, under age 6mos, for Thirty (30) days from date above, of life against genetic hereditary life-threatening illnesses (heart, liver and kidney failure). If ever a replacement puppy is deemed necessary due to one of the above-listed life-threatening illnesses, the replacement will be made for the same value of puppy, unless Buyer prefers to pay the difference for a more valuable puppy. Buyer must return the puppy, all registration papers, shot records, etc, along with a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating the type of condition/illness that the puppy is exhibiting in order to determine if a replacement is to be made to Buyer. Such a death occur, due to an unknown cause, a diagnosis and necropsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian and a copy of the report forwarded to Seller before determining if a replacement is to be made. There will be no cash refunds! All expenses are at Buyer's expense including the licensed vet diagnois and necropsy, if applicable, and the return and shipping of a replacement pup. Puppies are extremely susceptible to infections due to cool drafts. Another susceptibility of small dogs is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which can be brought on by a number of reasons such as not eating properly or frequently enough, playing too much, moving and handled to much. Every preventative effort has been made by Seller to guard against problems, but Buyer should be aware of worming, shots and ear cleanings. These conditions are all treatable and are NOT under warranty. This warranty is void if dog has not been kept up to date on all shots and veterinarian visits. Seller makes no warranty that buyer will be able to show the puppy. Buyer understands that all of my puppies are purebred poodles or yorkies with AKC or CKC registration papers. This is noted on the site with the information regarding that litter. Seller will not be responsible for buyer's failure to read the information. Small dogs are very fragile and every precaution should be made in handling them. Their bones are tiny and they are easily injured. This contract is NOT applicable for accidental injury to the puppy. While Seller will make a good faith effort to estimate the color and size of the puppy based on past litters and size of the parents, Seller CANNOT guarantee size, color, temperament or fertility of puppy. We represent our puppies as beautiful, loving pets. We have expended a lot of love, care and time prior to the puppy's adoption. Buyer should be prepared to continue that same loving care. This written agreement constitutes the terms set between the Seller and the Buyer of this puppy. Upon delivery, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty. This section must be completed by the veterinarian office for the initial visit within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. A copy of this warranty signed by the veterinarian and Buyer, sent to Seller within seven days, for the warranty to take affect.
